Better then hmmmmmm we call it Carrie cake lol

Chocolate cake with sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce.
Covered with whip cream, caramel drizzles melted chocolate.
Sweet chocolate flowers with non parel centers.

Happy Birthday my sweet "14" yr old.
